Refund & Returns Policy
All sales are final. Each piece is handmade with care, making every item unique in its details. Because of this, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
I take great care in securely packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your piece arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or store credit. After 48 hours, I’m unable to offer any resolution.
If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help ensure you feel confident in your order.
Shipping Policy
Every order is carefully packed to ensure your piece arrives safely. I deeply appreciate your patience as I prepare and ship your handmade ceramics. However, once an order has shipped, it is out of my hands.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout. I do not cover shipping fees for any orders, including returns due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to me due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Processing Time
Pre-Orders: As these items are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.
In-Stock Items: Ready-to-ship items will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Combined Orders: If you order both pre-order and in-shop items together, they will ship at the same time, once the pre-order is ready. If you’d like your in-shop items sooner, please place separate orders.
